RFID Cable Tie Tag for Crop Monitoring and Traceability:
This RFID cable tie tag feature an integrated locking mechanism that engages automatically as the tie is tightened. They consist of a flexible strap with ridges or teeth on one side and a small, tapered end on the other side. The strap can be looped around objects or fastened together to create a secure bond. As you pull, the ridges or teeth on the strap engage with the tapered end, preventing it from slipping back through the hole and effectively locking the strap in place. The ridges or teeth on the strap interlock with the tapered end, creating a secure lock. This lock prevents the strap from loosening or slipping, keeping the objects tightly secured together. Depending on the design, some self-locking rfid zips are intended for permanent applications, meaning they cannot be easily undone without cutting or damaging the strap. However, there are also releasable self-locking zips available that feature a small tab or lever that can be pressed or manipulated to release the lock and loosen the strap for repositioning or removal.
