4 Ways to Attach the RFID Laundry Tags

1. Sew Into the Hem of a Textile

Place the tag inside the textile hem, fix the tag using 2 or 3 sewing lines over the tags extremities.

2. In Pouch

Put the tag into the pouch, place the pouch below the hem, fix the pouch using 4 sewing lines, one along each side

3. Heat-sealing Onto Textile

1. Place the adhesive part of the RFID tag on a flat surface of the textile, and then place textile under the ironing machine. 2. Heat-sealing the RFID tag directly on the textile at +204℃ (399℉), for 12s, applying a pressure of 0.5kg/cm².

4. Hang On Textile

We punch a hole on the RFID laundry tag, and provide reinforced metal ring option, the RFID chip can be a hang tag to identify and track the textile.
