1. High-Temperature and High-Pressure Resistance
Built on a polyimide-based flexible printed circuit (FPC) substrate with a copper antenna, the tag can withstand autoclave sterilization cycles - typically up to 150–180°C and 2 bar pressure - without performance degradation.
This makes it ideal for medical instruments that must be sterilized repeatedly, such as surgical tools, trays, and reusable components.
2. Flexible and Compact Design
The FPC structure provides excellent flexibility and durability, allowing the tag to be easily integrated onto curved or irregular surfaces of medical devices.
Its ultra-thin profile minimizes space requirements and ensures a secure fit even on compact or high-precision instruments.

The FPC material and protective coating make the tag resistant to disinfectants, alcohol, and cleaning chemicals, as well as moisture and steam.

The tag can be tailored in size, frequency (HF or UHF), and antenna design, supporting protocols like ISO 15693 / ISO 18000-6C, depending on system requirements.
It can be embedded directly into instruments or attached to metallic and non-metallic surfaces using high-temperature adhesives or encapsulation.
